Due to the nature of some of products sold here, once opened items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Our online stock is constantly changing. While we endeavour to make sure items only in stock are online there may be some items out of stock before we remove them. We will ask the seller if they want wait for stock levels to come in or offer a full refund if the item may not be in stock within 7 days.
